Shrink Universe is a Korean-made ultrasound lifting device that delivers high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) energy to the dermis and fascia layer (SMAS) to stimulate collagen renewal.

Ultra mode focuses on deep-layer lifting and firmness, while Booster mode works with a dedicated ampoule to improve surface texture and firmness.

SIA Clinic Gangnam offers finely tailored treatments by area: 300-, 600- and 1,000-shot face options, Eye Shrink for the eye area, V Shrink for the double chin, and Derma Shrink for the neck and forehead.

Q. What is the difference between Ultra and Booster?

Ultra mode focuses on deep-layer lifting, while Booster mode works with a dedicated ampoule to improve skin texture and firmness. You can choose one based on your concerns or combine both.

Q. How is Shrink different from Ulthera?

Both are ultrasound lifting devices. Ultherapy Prime is performed while viewing tissue on real-time imaging, while Shrink Universe is well suited to easy, regular maintenance.

Q. How is the shot count determined?

Full-face treatments use 300–600 shots, up to 1,000 shots for significant sagging or larger areas, and the eye area, double chin and neck can be added in 100-shot increments.

Q. Does it hurt?

You may feel a dull ache near bony areas; numbing cream helps reduce discomfort.
